Terms of Service

1. Course provider

Courses are run by CyberSafe (registered in Estonia). For each course we issue a separate invoice to an individual or company.

2. Booking and payment

The course fee is €150 per attendee. After booking, we send confirmation with an invoice within 24 hours. You can pay by bank transfer or cash on the day.

Your seat is secured once payment arrives at least 3 days before the course, or if you've agreed to pay in cash.

3. Cancellation

Cancel more than 7 days ahead — full refund.

Cancel 3–7 days ahead — 50% refund or free transfer to the next group.

Cancel less than 3 days ahead — free transfer to the next group, no refund.

If we cancel — full refund every time.

4. Diploma

Every attendee who completes the full 2-hour course receives a 'CyberSafe Certified' diploma. This is not a state qualification — it is our internal confirmation that you completed the course content.

5. Telegram channel

After the course you get access to our private Telegram channel. Access is open-ended, but we reserve the right to remove users who break channel rules (spam, abuse, unethical behaviour).

6. Liability

CyberSafe provides training and knowledge. You apply that knowledge at your own discretion. We are not liable for losses arising from your own decisions.

7. Intellectual property

All training materials and CyberSafe content (handbook, slides, video) are copyright-protected. You may use them privately; public distribution and resale are not allowed.

8. Dispute resolution

Disputes are resolved by negotiation first. If no agreement is reached, Estonian law applies and the case is heard by Harju County Court.
