Terms of Service

1. Course provider

Courses are run by CyberSafe, which is registered in Estonia. For each course we issue a separate invoice to an individual or company.

2. Booking and payment

The course fee is €150 per attendee. Within 24 hours of booking, we send a confirmation with an invoice. You can pay by bank transfer or in cash on the day of the course.

Your place is confirmed once payment reaches us at least 3 days before the course, or if we have agreed that you will pay in cash.

3. Cancellation

If you cancel more than 7 days before the course, you get a full refund.

If you cancel 3–7 days before, you get a 50% refund or a free transfer to the next group.

If you cancel less than 3 days before, there is no refund, but we transfer you to the next group free of charge.

If we cancel the course, you always get a full refund.

4. Certificate of completion

Every attendee who completes the full course (Adults / Children: 2 academic hours; Family: 4 academic hours; Business: 6 academic hours) receives a CyberSafe certificate of completion. The certificate is not a state qualification. It confirms that you completed the course content.

5. Telegram channel

After the course you get access to our private Telegram channel. Access has no end date, but we reserve the right to remove users who break the channel rules (spam, abuse, unethical behaviour).

6. Liability

CyberSafe provides training and knowledge. How you apply that knowledge is up to you. We are not liable for losses arising from your own decisions.

7. Intellectual property

All training materials and CyberSafe content (handbook, slides, video) are protected by copyright. You may use them for personal purposes, but you may not share them publicly or resell them.

8. Dispute resolution

We will first try to resolve any dispute through negotiation. If we cannot reach an agreement, Estonian law applies and the case is heard by Harju County Court.
